Scheduling Co-ordinator

We are recruiting a Scheduling Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our facilities management services across industrial and commercial client sites. This role plays an important part in ensuring engineers attend sites on time. In addition, you will help maintain clear communication between clients, engineers, and internal teams. As a result, service delivery will remain efficient, compliant, and professional.

In this role, you will book engineer attendances with client sites and confirm schedules directly with engineers. You will also arrange permits and send RAMS before each planned visit. This preparation ensures engineers can begin work safely and without delay. Where access issues arise, you will provide prompt support and coordinate solutions. Consequently, disruption to planned works will remain minimal.

Alongside scheduling duties, you will support the contract support team and Account Managers. For example, you will provide updates, confirm attendance details, and assist with service coordination. You will also manage client job portals and keep all records accurate. Therefore, clients will receive timely updates and clear service visibility.

Strong organisation and communication skills are essential for success in this role. You will manage multiple schedules while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. In addition, you will prioritise tasks effectively and respond quickly to changing requirements. A proactive approach will help maintain consistent service standards.

You will follow ISO standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. By doing so, you will support quality, environmental, and health and safety compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking business. You will become part of a supportive team and contribute directly to service delivery. In return, you will gain valuable experience and opportunities to develop your career within ICH Services.
