Following the successful tender from ICH for the HVAC Service and Maintenance contract for the Clipper portfolio, I met with ICH to discuss the plans for rolling out the service site by site. The ease by which ICH mobilised their teams and began to centralise control over the Clipper HVAC systems has been excellent. The process so far has been painless and a review protocol is in place to ensure Clipper and ICH meet any challenges head on together.
