We are recruiting an Internal Telesales Executive to support our continued growth within the industrial and commercial facilities management sector. This role plays a key part in helping new and existing customers understand the full range of our services, including planned maintenance, compliance testing, and project delivery across HVAC, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, and following up on warm leads from marketing campaigns and existing accounts. The position requires you to build strong relationships with decision-makers, identify customer needs, and promote the most suitable ICH Services solutions to meet them. You will work closely with the broader sales and operations teams to ensure a professional handover of all opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and progress.
Success in this role will depend on your ability to communicate clearly, listen effectively, and demonstrate confidence when interacting with senior business contacts. You will be comfortable managing your own sales pipeline, setting daily and weekly goals, and contributing to the company’s overall sales targets. A structured and proactive approach to business development, combined with a genuine interest in customer service, will be essential.
Previous experience in telesales or business development within a B2B environment is preferred; however, comprehensive product/services training will be provided. A positive attitude, resilience, and motivation to achieve measurable results are key.
