
We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to support the delivery of our facilities management services across industrial and commercial client sites. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships. In addition, you will help ensure service requests are handled efficiently and professionally. As a result, clients will receive clear communication and reliable support.
You will answer customer telephone calls and emails promptly each day. In addition, you will book engineer attendances and confirm visit details with clients. You will arrange permits and send RAMS before scheduled works. This preparation ensures engineers can access sites without delay. Where issues arise, you will provide direct support and coordinate solutions quickly.
You will manage subcontractor works, including TM44 inspections and legionella testing. Furthermore, you will act as the first point of escalation for customer complaints. This responsibility requires professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication skills. You will also support engineers and internal teams with operational queries.
Client job portals must remain accurate and fully up to date. Therefore, you will update job progress and maintain clear service records. You will also manage invoice portals and upload invoices on time. In addition, you will handle invoice queries and work toward prompt resolution. You will chase small works quotations and update customers regularly. F-Gas logbooks must also be maintained accurately and consistently.
Close collaboration with account managers and internal departments is essential. As a result, service delivery will remain coordinated and efficient. You will also provide wider administrative support where business needs require it.
Success in this role depends on organisation, responsiveness, and attention to detail. You will manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
