You will manage subcontractor works, including TM44 inspections and legionella testing. Furthermore, you will act as the first point of escalation for customer complaints. Client job portals must remain accurate and fully up to date. Therefore, you will update job progress and maintain clear service records. You will chase small works quotations and update customers regularly. F-Gas logbooks must also be maintained accurately and consistently.

Scheduling Co-ordinator

We are recruiting a Scheduling Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our facilities management services across industrial and commercial client sites. This role plays an important part in ensuring engineers attend sites on time. In addition, you will help maintain clear communication between clients, engineers, and internal teams. As a result, service delivery will remain efficient, compliant, and professional.

In this role, you will book engineer attendances with client sites and confirm schedules directly with engineers. You will also arrange permits and send RAMS before each planned visit. This preparation ensures engineers can begin work safely and without delay. Where access issues arise, you will provide prompt support and coordinate solutions. Consequently, disruption to planned works will remain minimal.

Alongside scheduling duties, you will support the contract support team and Account Managers. For example, you will provide updates, confirm attendance details, and assist with service coordination. You will also manage client job portals and keep all records accurate. Therefore, clients will receive timely updates and clear service visibility.

Strong organisation and communication skills are essential for success in this role. You will manage multiple schedules while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Supply Chain Manager

ICH Services is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of supplier and subcontractor performance across the business. The role focuses on cost control, tender management, supplier reliability, and commercial improvement. This is a hands-on position with clear accountability. Delivering savings will attract a bonus.

Manage and improve the performance of suppliers and subcontractors while creating and issuing tenders for subcontracted services. Evaluate tender returns to support commercial selection decisions and set up supplier frameworks, including pricing, scope, and service standards. Negotiate pricing, terms, and volume agreements to achieve cost savings. Identify and evidence commercial savings and margin improvements, and rationalise the supply base where appropriate.

Improve procurement processes and maintain buying controls to support operational efficiency. Furthermore, carry out site and contractor visits to assess performance, capability, and compliance. Work closely with operations and engineering teams to support seamless service delivery. Consequently, provide clear reporting on spend, performance, and risk. Ensure suppliers and subcontractors meet compliance, insurance, and competency requirements.

Follow ISO standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, actively supporting quality, safety, and environmental compliance. AC Engineer

ICH Services - Careers - AC Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding team. You will support commercial and industrial clients across the UK, delivering installation, servicing, and repair work on a wide range of air conditioning systems.

In this role, you will work on split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and close-control systems. You will install new equipment, complete scheduled maintenance, and respond to reactive breakdowns. Each job must meet both company standards and industry regulations. You will also help ensure that all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with F-Gas and Health & Safety requirements.

You will manage your own workload and take ownership of each task from start to finish. The role also involves communicating clearly with clients and internal teams to plan work and resolve issues quickly. You must be confident working alone but able to collaborate effectively with colleagues in other disciplines such as electrical and mechanical engineering.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. You should be able to assess faults, identify root causes, and deliver solutions that last. In addition, you will complete accurate service reports and maintain a professional approach on every site visit.

We are hiring a qualified Gas Engineer to join our expanding facilities management team. You will work on commercial and industrial sites, installing, maintaining, and repairing gas systems and appliances. This is a hands-on role where safety, reliability, and quality always come first.

As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will service and repair boilers, warm air units, radiant tube heaters, and pipework systems. You will also complete gas safety checks and certification in line with current Gas Safe regulations. Every task must be finished to a high standard to ensure all systems run safely and efficiently.

You will manage your own workload and plan your day effectively. In addition, you will communicate clearly with clients and colleagues to schedule work, report progress, and resolve issues quickly. Teamwork is important, as you will often work alongside HVAC and electrical engineers on larger contracts.

Strong technical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills are essential. You should be confident in diagnosing faults and identifying long-term solutions. You will also complete accurate service reports and maintain full compliance with safety and quality procedures.
